What is the ATLAS AI SYSTEM?
The SAS ATLAS AI SYSTEM is made up of three semi-autonomous artificial intelligence programs named Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie. The ATLAS System enables the halo clan community to expand, interact, and introduce halo fans to the halo military clan community.
The ALPHA System (colloquially known as ATLAS ALPHA) supports the SAS DATABASE by actively sorting the database, interpreting and responding to SAS Member requests, and parsing input from autonomous bots into its database. The SAS DATABASE that ALPHA maintains contains information about halo military clans to help small clans get connected with the larger halo military clan community. The BRAVO System (colloquially known as ATLAS BRAVO or ATLAS ECHO) supports the SAS Website by directing forms and applications to the intended recipients, providing a buffer between ATLAS Echo and Senior SAS Members, and parsing the JSON files returned from 343 Industries' API to be used by ATLAS CHARLIE. The forms and portals on the SAS Website are utilized by the BRAVO System to help clans get in contact with each other through tools such as the meeting request form. The CHARLIE System (colloquially known as ATLAS CHARLIE) provides real-time support to SAS Members and affiliated clans through the discord group messaging application. Because ATLAS Charlie interfaces directly with SAS Members it has its own SMART Module which allows it to converse with SAS Members, interpret their requests, and use it's over 30 modules to support them in real time. The CHARLIE System enables clans to identify other clans quickly, call for backup in raid situations, and much more. CHARLIE enables the clan community to grow and interface with the ATLAS System in general. |
A FEW OF ATLAS CHARLIE'S MODULES:
DATABASE SEARCH: This module allows for an SAS Member to quickly query the 30,000+ file SAS DATABASE from the Discord Group Messaging App. Once ATLAS Charlie receives a query from an SAS Member he passes it to his "sister" ATLAS ALPHA who interprets, authorizes or rejects, and hands a response back to ATLAS Charlie so that "he" can give it to an SAS Member. This allows an SAS Member to analyze information in game and compare it to the actively growing database in less than 5 seconds.
DATABASE NOTE: This module allows an SAS Member to very quickly make a note of an event in the SAS DATABASE. Upon receiving word that an SAS Member wants to insert something into the SAS DATABASE, ATLAS Charlie listens for up to 2,000 characters and then uploads them to the DATABASE in real time. This allows our DATABASE to grow without significant back end work as ATLAS Charlie automatically understands the gamertag, rank, and unit of the person submitting the note.
SPOT PROFILE: This module allows an SAS Member to quickly assess the recent associates of an individual. Upon receiving a gamertag ATLAS Charlie makes several requests to 343 Industries and then proceeds to use the returned information to make a list of common associates of the individual, their most recent custom games, and who they interacted with during games. After delivering this valuable report to the requested SAS Member, ATLAS Charlie sends a copy of it to ATLAS Alpha so it can be stored in the DATABASE should another SAS Member search the SAS DATABASE for the same person. By identifying the recent associates of an individual the clan community can identify the members within a clan and help them interact with other clans.
ID PROFILE: This module allows an SAS Member to quickly gather the uniform and clan affiliations of an individual. Upon receiving a gamertag ATLAS Charlie makes several requests to 343 Industries and then proceeds to use the returned information to identify the current emblem of the individual, the current armor of the individual, their current service tag, and any maps they currently own. Now armed with this information an SAS Member can cross-reference it with the SAS DATABASE to see if any of it matches a known clan. After delivering this valuable report to the requested SAS Member, ATLAS Charlie sends a copy of it to ATLAS Alpha so it can be stored in the DATABASE should another SAS Member search the SAS DATABASE for the same person. In identifying the appearance of an individual, we are able identify the clans people belong to and introduce them to other clans thus expanding the community.
TRADOC MODULES: These 6 Modules allow SAS Commanders to keep track of what their members are doing and the activity of their units. They allow SAS Members to "award an FTX Point" after a short training or "award the CTX Badge" after the weekly large training. They also calculate the activity level of a unit, rank the activity level compared to the unit goal, upload a log of the units activity level to the DATABASE, clear the training log for a new week of training, provide an SAS Member with his/her activity levels compared with the expectations of the unit, and so much more. These modules ensure the SASGamingClan is active and help encourage members of the halo clan community to continue to be active on Halo 5.
QRF: This module allows ATLAS Charlie to quickly assemble a "Quick Reaction Force" for SAS Members if they get stuck in a bad situation. When ATLAS Charlie receives notice from an SAS Member that they need backup it will use 343 Industries's Servers to identify which SAS Members are available to assist. Once it has determined who is available to help the member in need, it gives the QRF his/her gamertag so they can contact them on Xbox and ask for an invite to the game. This module helps involve small clans in the activities of the halo clan community because when a request for a QRF goes out, they are notified of a current event on Halo 5 and can get involved.
