This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for the ATLAS SYSTEM. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by the ATLAS SYSTEM.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We will not sell or rent information provided to us to anyone. The ATLAS System uses your information to help connect you with other individuals in the Halo Clan Community through its modules. Direct access to the DATABASE is limited to a select few individuals within SAS Halo Leadership. Personally identifiable information such as Gmail Account Information or Personal Email Information is not shared with anyone outside of the Senior Halo Leadership.
Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via SASGamingClan.org, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Registration
In order to use the ATLAS SYSTEM, a user must first join the SASGamingClan Halo Theater. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as their gamertag and clan history). By clicking submit on your application and/or joining an SASGamingClan Discord Server you consent to this information being stored. Access to the raw datastore is limited to select few individuals within SAS Halo Leadership. Personally identifiable information such as Gmail Account Information is not shared with anyone outside of the Senior Halo Leadership.

The ATLAS SYSTEM is offered by the SASGamingClan, which is solely responsible for its content. It is not sponsored or endorsed by Microsoft. This application uses the Halo® Game Data API. Google Accounts
As mentioned above the ATLAS SYSTEM stores copies of reports, gamertags, and applications in a single root gmail account. Access to this gmail account is limited to select few individuals within SAS Halo Leadership. Personally identifiable information such as Gmail Account Information is not shared with anyone outside of the Senior Halo Leadership. By granting ATLAS Alpha access to the root gmail account ATLAS Alpha is able to read, write, and delete emails from that account. It uses these privileges to send copies of reports, gamertags, and applications to the root email for storage. Query the root gmail account for existing copies of reports, gamertags, and applications on command from authenticated users via the ATLAS Charlie application. And delete copies of reports, gamertags, and applications from the gmail root account when a member leaves the organization. As stated above the ATLAS System uses your information to help connect you with other individuals in the Halo Clan Community through its modules. All information stored in the root gmail account becomes query-able by authenticated clan community members through ATLAS Charlie when ATLAS Alpha is given permission to access the root gmail account. As such the ATLAS Alpha application is only to be granted permission to access the root gmail account, granting the ATLAS Alpha Application access to personal gmail accounts is NOT ADVISED. If ATLAS Alpha is mistakenly granted access to a personal gmail account instead of (or in addition to) the dedicated root gmail account, ATLAS Alpha will NOT read, write, or delete emails from that account and will simply ignore it.
